Configure Gramps for reverse proxy access via /ahnenforschung

- Remove external port mapping for grampsweb service
- Add GRAMPSWEB_BASE_URL environment variable
- Gramps will be accessible via https://vhtv-stiftung.de/ahnenforschung/
- Requires Nginx reverse proxy configuration on VPS
